BAI's references range from important urban development projects over office buildings, shopping centres and the construction of university buildings to residential projects. Thus far, BAI has developed and built a total some 522,000 m2 of gross space. Over the next years, this level will be surpassed with a further production of some 565,000 m2. In the near future, this evelopment represents an investment volume of more than 1.1 billion euros.
