Pooling resources and actively extending them - this motto was the impulse to found the BAI Bauträger Austria Immobilien GmbH. It resulted from the merger of LB Bauconsult, WBT (Wiener Bauträger) and KLEA Immobilien Development in 1994 and was integrated in the Immobilien Holding GmbH in 2000 that has operated as holding company since 1999.
Today, the Immobilien Holding-Group is one of Austria's largest developers. Apart from its comprehensive portfolio it also stands out due to its highly efficient network of competencies. Both principals and users, as well as BAI itself benefit from it. After all, it provides synergies, allowing joint and - above all - reasonable use of resources!
